A broken-down lorry blocked the A47 causing heavy traffic to build.
The lorry blocked an area of the major road near Easton and the Mattishall roundabout.
Drivers were warned of delays of at least 15 minutes and to add extra time onto journeys between Norwich and Dereham.

Long tailbacks built in both directions with congestion from Honingham to Longwater.
The incident was first reported at 11.49am.
