Part of the NDR was closed following a vehicle fire.
Police were called to Broadland Gate at 1.35pm this afternoon (May 4).
The road was closed from the A47 slip road at Postwick, to the Broadland Business Park roundabout.
Fire crews from Carrow, Earlham and Sprowston extinguished the fire by 2pm.
There were no injuries.
Police were asking drivers to avoid the area and find an alternative route.
