Train services have now resumed on the line between Norwich and Ely following an earlier power cut.

A spokesman for Network Rail said services started running again at 11.15am after an external power failure affected level crossings and signalling on the line, resulting in services being suspended.

A Greater Anglia spokesman said one or two services had been cancelled while power was being restored, but trains were now running on time.
