With Christmas becoming a distant memory and new year celebrations over, many of us will be packing the tinsel and making plans for 2015.

If you are thinking about a new car there are a few things to consider. Do you want a brand new car where there are a lot of manufacturer deals and finance options aplenty? Or a nearly-new car with many of the benefits of a new car but a more enticing price tag? Or maybe a used car, with its large choice and better affordability?

Whatever your decision, there is another more diligent choice you need to make – the best option to finance it?

With the hustle and bustle of Christmas behind us, it’s worth reflecting how many shoppers now start their Christmas gift-buying journey. I searched many sites and stores on the internet looking for presents to get the best deal and even grabbing a few bargains on Black Friday! It is ever more apparent people are doing the same thing as me all over the country – shopping around will almost always save you money. We know this from car and home insurance, energy deals and many more big outgoings – it’s worth shopping around. Yet many people don’t think it applies to one of the biggest purchases you will make but it is worth making sure you are getting the best deal for you when looking to finance your car.

Whether you are in business looking for a new company car, a sole trader after a new van or someone just looking for a newer car, there are many options. With everyone’s personal circumstances being different, it’s a good idea to talk to an independent finance broker to guide and advise you on the most relevant and cost-effective option for you… it’s only a phone call but it could save you hundreds!

At Credo, we work with a range of lenders to ensure we offer you a deal right for you. We’re delighted we’ve been shortlisted for the prestigious national Moneyfacts Asset-based Finance Broker of the Year award, that recognises businesses that truly excel in their field.

Why not put us to the test?
