Footpath improvement works are due to take place in part of a north Norfolk town from next week.

The resurfacing along South Rise, Buxton Road and Recreation Road in North Walsham will start on Monday July 28 or shortly afterwards.

The work will take up to 25 days to complete, subject to weather conditions.

Give and take traffic management will be in place during the resurfacing.

All the driveway accesses within the area of work will be maintained at all times.

Norfolk County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused by the resurfacing, which will cost £31,000.
