New status for Peugeot dealership

Norwich Peugeot dealership Busseys has been awarded Peugeot Business Centre status after delivering superior standards for customers.

Busseys in Hall Road had to achieve excellence across 35 specific business areas to be awarded the status and join a network of 88 other Peugeot Business Centres across the UK.

The Peugeot Business Centre scheme means customers in Norwich, whether business or consumer, are guaranteed consistently high-quality service. To make sure these service levels are maintained, every dealer is regularly reviewed in order to retain its business centre status.

The scheme was launched this year to ensure superior standards for Peugeot customers.

Phil Collins, operations director at Busseys, said: “Customer service and satisfaction are at the forefront of everything we do, so to receive Peugeot Business Centre status is a real honour for everyone connected to our dealership.

“A vigorous review process makes sure we’re offering the best service possible to customers in Norwich, and I’m proud to say we passed with flying colours.”

Nick Crossley, head of Peugeot business sales, said: “We pride ourselves on ensuring that customers receive the very highest level of care and service, tailored to their needs. The dealer standards programme ensures that we achieve excellence across the UK network.”
