Drivers should expect delays as a wind turbine blade will be transported through the county.

Police are warning the public about an abnormal load travelling through Cambridgeshire and Norfolk on Wednesday from 9.30am.

A test rig for a wind turbine blade measuring 44m long will be escorted by Norfolk Police from the A1 near Peterborough to a site at Stanhoe, near Fakenham.

The planned route will include the A47 at the Cambridgeshire border, the A149, the A148 and the B1454 as well as local roads to site.
