A busy road connecting the Broads and Norwich has reopened after the completion of major NDR work.

The A1151 Wroxham Road, on the outskirts of the city, was closed to all traffic for nine days so a deep culvert could be cut through it for the A1270 Norwich Northern Distributor Road.

It affected some of the popular Pink Line buses from Wroxham to Norwich run by First Eastern Counties.

These services have returned to normal.

Before the work, Norfolk County Council and Balfour Beatty apologised for the disruption and inconvenience caused by traffic management measures during the construction.
