Bascule bridge in Lowestoft to close for resurfacing

The A12 Bascule bridge in Lowestoft will be closed tonight between 8pm and 6am for resurfacing.

Clearly signed diversions will be in place; northbound traffic will be diverted via the A12 Bloodmoor Road, the A1117 (Elm Tree Road and Cotmer Road), A146 Bridge Road, A1117 (Bridge Road, Normanston Drive, Millenium Way and Bentley Drive) to rejoin the A12 at Yarmouth Road. Southbound traffic will follow the same diversion in the opposite direction.
