I sincerely hope this initiative will help recruitment,but with all the red tape involved,the tax situation,and the fact that the economy is in the doldrums,nothing much will change! reduce business taxes,make it much easier to employ extra staff,and provide incentives to take on apprentices,and it might just have an effect!
