Motorsport fans will have a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with an Infiniti Red Bull Racing F1 car that powered Sebastian Vettel to his Formula One drivers’ title when premium car-maker Infiniti opens its ninth UK outlet in Norwich on Friday.
Visitors to the state-of-the-art Infiniti Centre Norwich, in Vulcan Road North, will also have a chance to win a money-can’t-buy VIP tour of the Infiniti Red Bull Racing F1 factory in a free prize draw being held to help raise funds for its chosen charity – the East Anglia Air Ambulance.
Chris Atkins, of Desira Group, said: “We are massively excited to be bringing such a prestigious, exclusive and exciting marque to Norwich and East Anglia and so we are looking to celebrate our official opening in style.
“The Infiniti Red Bull Racing car is an amazing thing to behold and the fact we have a VIP tour of the factory to give away means we are truly going to make racing fan’s dreams come true.
“Hopefully, lots of people will come along over the course of the opening weekend and make it one to remember.”
Infiniti Centre Norwich is the result of significant investment in the new luxury facilities by Desira Group. It has also taken on a number of new staff at the new Infiniti Centre.
The purpose-built centre will be officially launched with an F1 open weekend from Friday, May 2 to Monday, May 5 when visitors will be able to view the F1 championship-winning Infiniti Red Bull Racing car and enter the free prize draw.
The Infiniti FX Vettel – a special limited edition version of the brand’s QX70 luxury sport utility vehicle, developed by the F1 champion in his role as Infiniti’s director of performance, will also be on display.
Infiniti’s new Q50 premium sports saloon, luxurious Q70 executive saloon and QX50 and QX70 crossovers will be available for test drives throughout the weekend.
