Managing director David Bussey said: “The award is based upon the feedback received by Ford from our customers, and as such it means an awful lot to everyone at Busseys.

“We strive very hard to deliver a great level of service to all our customers. Our staff are not only dedicated and professional, but also friendly and approachable which is equally important.

“It would be naive of me to say we always get it completely right, but I can say that if we do fall short of the mark then we do our upmost to put things right.

“From the feedback we receive I know that our customers appreciate this approach.”

He added: “I would like to thank all of our customers for their feedback and our staff for their dedication – this award is recognition of all their hard work.”

When it comes to customer feedback, Busseys is not sitting on its laurels. The award coincides with the launch of its customer feedback blog – www.blog.busseys.co.uk

As well as being a great source of the latest information from Busseys, it allows customers to leave feedback in real time for all to see.

“For us to further improve our customer service we need customers to let us know their views on what is good and bad about the services we provide. The blog will make this easier than ever as well as allowing customers a forum to get together and reinforce individual ideas and suggestions,” explained Mr Bussey.

“Our responses will also be visible on the blog so our customers will be able to see how ideas are progressed and any issues resolved. We believe this visible two-way dialogue will help us maintain and improve our customer service levels so that our customers just want to keep coming back to us.”
