Special orchestral concert at Tunstead church

A trio of Norfolk solo musicians will be leading a top classical concert in a 14th century church this weekend.
The 26-strong orchestra of St Paul’s Covent Garden will be the first professional and largest orchestra to play at St Mary’s Church, Tunstead, on Saturday September 13 at 7pm.
It will be led by Ben Palmer as well as Victoria Bonham, 21, from Gorleston, Matt Dunnett, 20, from Norwich, and Freddie Gavita, 27, originally from Norwich.
Pianist Victoria is currently in her second year of the Guildhall Artist Masters Programme at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Matt, a former choral scholar at Norwich Cathedral, is currently studying English literature and Spanish at the University of Manchester.
Freddie used to play with Norwich Students’ Jazz Orchestra and Jonathan Wyatt Big Band and plays the flugelhorn.
He is now based in London and has been a regular on the British big-band scene for the last eight years and has appeared in Downton Abbey as a jazz trumpeter.
