Music and big screen entertainment at the Marina Theatre

Tonight (Friday, September 14) some rousing and exhilarating works will echo out – as the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) returns for the Last Night of the Proms.

A guaranteed evening of fun for all in this orchestral extravaganza featuring the best of British music and much more – in association with Orchestras Live.

On Saturday, September 15, at 7.30pm, Rock for Heroes will hit the stage – bringing the perfect combination of favourite Rock and Pop artists across the eras, with collections for Help for Heroes.

Phil Hawkins, who used to run Venue School of Performing Arts and is in the show, taught local man Reice Phillips guitar and vocals. Reice has recently come out of the armed forces and is back in Lowestoft and will be performing as a special guest, which will be a very poignant moment!

Get ready to party with the return of That'll Be The Day next Thursday, September 21.

With blends of classic gold hits from the 50s, 60s and 70s along with hilarious comedy, this show is now in its 33rd year of consecutive touring. The entertainment starts at 7.30pm on what promises to be a night not to be missed. Tickets £26 (booking fees apply).

Prepare to be spellbound next Friday, September 21 by Elkie Brooks, singing her biggest hits, including Pearl's a singer, Don't Cry Out Loud and many more.
