Resident teacher Kelsang Yankyi will lead the Help For Your Mind workshop at the Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre, Queens Square, Attleborough. Sometimes our mind can feel so unhappy, and turning to our normal comforts doesn’t seem to help. In this half-day workshop you can learn how to find real help for your mind through the Buddhist practice of relying upon the “Three Jewels”: Buddha, Dharma and Sangha.
