Norwich Fringe Festival returns this weekend with a diverse programme of talents from art to cabaret, theatre to music.

Norwich Fringe Festival is upon us again, bringing a selection of new work from home-grown artists and one or two visitors from elsewhere.

For 2014, which runs from October 11-25, the main Fringe venue is the Undercroft, the hidden space under the Memorial Gardens in front of Norwich City Hall, which, as well as hosting a series of events, will have a visual art exhibition throughout, with six artists presenting a range of work, including augmented reality and sound installations.

The festival also has more visual art at STEW on Fishergate, The Birdcage and Franks Bar, and performances in the Wharf Academy, The Birdcage, The Garage, The Mash Tun and the Waterfront.

The Fringe Twilight Hour (6-7pm) will find short performances in the Undercroft, so drop in. Many events are free or welcome donations, but for ticketed events, you can book online.
