Winter recipes are all about comfort food and with the possibility that this winter could be the coldest in a decade, delicious food will be vital. This week, our chefs have created a varied menu based on the November theme of National Good Nutrition month.
With winter on its way and the hectic celebrations of Halloween and Bonfire night behind us, this week the Great British Chefs have introduced us to three exciting recipes that will be sure to warm your cockles up. The recipes they have provided are Laurie Gear’s Snail bon bons, Martin Wishart’s puy lentils with dijon mustard vinaigrette and Paul Heathcote’s cream of pumpkin and sage soup.
