With December looming and the festivities greeting us, the Great British Chefs have conjured up three magnificent recipes that’ll be sure to tantalise your taste buds.
Not only is it beautifully succulent, but Venison also offers a variety of health benefits too. When compared to other types of meat, it provides a healthy alternative that’s both low in calories, and high in nutrient value. So with that in mind, and with venison’s increasing popularity, we urge you to try: Paul Ainsworth’s venison carpaccio, Andy McLeish’s roast loin with butternut squash and finally, Phil Carnegie’s black olive crusted sika venison with salsify and parsnip.
Are you going to try any of the recipes from today? We would love to see your photos and videos if you do; send them to us via Facebook today!
