August, along with December, are known to be the two worst months of the year in the residential sales market, so who would think of releasing their largest development at the height of the tourist season, when everyone is away? Well, I think that you have probably guessed the answer. It is, who else, but Newbury New Homes

I was coming back from an early morning walk in Sheringham Park with Maggie, the dog, and it seemed as though I had the whole place to myself. The views of the hall and across the parkland to the sea are quite a way to start the day. Arriving back at the car park I noticed that the holidaymakers and other early morning dog walkers were beginning to arrive in considerable numbers. August is obviously a busy month for the Norfolk tourist industry and there is plenty going on to keep people occupied in the unlikely event that the weather is a little unkind.

The two show houses at our Wendover Park development, in Rackheath, will be ready in October, but we are so excited that we cannot wait to begin marketing these exceptional new homes. Actually we have been really thrilled and delighted by the number of enquiries that we have had from our boards and advertising, so we have put a cabin on site to act as a temporary sales office. We have built a kitchen and we will have many examples of the various good-quality finishes that we offer, enabling you to personalise your new home.

Many of our previous schemes have been small developments of exceptionally large high-specification homes, often set on very large plots. We believe that we have managed to replicate that ethos on our exciting new development at Wendover Park.

Most of the road and infrastructure is finished and the site of 80 new homes is now well under way. We would love for you to come along and see us, so we can invite you to compare the size of property we are providing against other new homes in the area. If you have ever been to a new homes site and come away only knowing who the builder was because the name was written on the brochure, then come and see us at Newbury New Homes. We are aiming for something that sets itself apart from other houses, not just in the specification but by designing a more contemporary look.

It is located in a great spot just five miles from the centre of Norwich, with The Norfolk Broads on your doorstep and a local railway line nearby.

Sales manager Mike Tomlin will be on site from Wednesday to Sunday and would love you to pop in and see him.
