You only have to look at this house, tucked away in one of Norfolk's most popular Broadland villages, Brundall, to understand its instant appeal.

I visited on a hot day last week and remembered I had actually visited it when it came on the market about 11 years ago before the current owners fell in love with it and bought it. I took a good walk around outside which starts with a breakfast terrace outside the kitchen; bathed in the morning sun, it's perfect for your coffee and croissants.
Then as you walk around the side you come to a new summer house and then the big reveal, the wisteria-clad, heavily scented front.
This is a beautiful home, which has been very much cared for by the owners who now are deciding to give someone else the privilege of owning a property that is proudly 'Made in Norfolk.'
