Using Help to Buy, buyers could secure the two-bedroom semi-detached Woodpecker with private off-road parking for a monthly payment of £587.03 and the one-bedroom Wheatear apartment could be available for just £363.95 per month - less than a comparable property could cost to rent.
The show home, the Wagtail house type; a substantial four-bedroom home, will also be open allowing potential buyers to see first-hand the high-quality finish of Hopkins Homes properties.
Besides the Wagtail, the development offers homes ranging from one and two-bedroom apartments and coach houses, two and three-bedroom bungalows, to two, three and four-bedroom houses in a wide range of styles from terrace and town houses, through to semi-detached, link-detached and detached.
