Richard Bloomfield and Barry Fulcher claimed an unlikely doubles title at the $10,000 Futures event in Cumberland last week. Fulcher, 29, won his last world ranking points in 2005 and has since retired from full-time tennis but, after battling through serious illness in 2008, returned to the Norfolk County side as captain and guided them to promotion in July.
