WOMEN'S EAST LEAGUE: Dereham turned on the style as they beat newly promoted Saffron Walden 10-1 to maintain their two point lead at the top of the Premier Division. It was a devastating performance from the hosts, who are beginning to reach new heights of excellence.
MEN'S EAST LEAGUE: Norwich City finally got their points tally moving in Premier B as they produced a good display to beat City of Peterborough II 3-0. City took an early lead when Jonny Knight strode into the circle and shot, with Mark Sibson touching in at the post.
M&A PARTNERS NORFOLK LEAGUE: There are new leaders in the Premier Division this week after Panthers were beaten 3-1 at home by Harleston Magpies III. Harleston were ahead within the first five minutes following a penalty corner.
