People's Award (Unsung Hero)
Last year's winner
Sandra Shanks - Norwich Puppet Theatre
This year's criteria:
This award is aimed at an individual within your organisation who acts above and beyond the call of duty, always willing to go the extra mile in everything they do. The award will recognise the invaluable contribution made by someone to improve the visitor experience.
The judges are looking for a person who makes that special difference and provides outstanding levels of customer service; an individual who goes beyond the call of duty in order to exceed customer expectations. The individual is seldom ever in the public spotlight.
This award is open to everyone in the workplace, regardless of their position.

BeWILDerwood
BeWILDerwood is a beautiful adventure play park set in environmentally sensitive old woodland and deep marshland, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, between Wroxham and Horning.
The play is healthy, non-competitive outdoor fun, involving treehouses, zip-wires, jungle bridges, slides, reed mazes and den building. Parents are encouraged to play alongside their children. The structures (and the food) are organic whenever possible.
The curious treehouse adventure park is based on the locally best selling children's book “A Boggle at BeWILDerwood”, written by local author and park creator Tom Blofeld.
