This award is open to all organisations that cater for the business visitor.
The judges will place emphasis on organisations that can demonstrate how they are attracting more visitors on business trips, whether for meetings, conferences, exhibitions or other corporate events.
The judges will be looking for evidence of outstanding levels of service and high standards of meeting room technology for business clients, as well as commitment to new products and services. They will also be looking for entries to demonstrate commitment to excellence, investment in staff training and development, innovative marketing, commitment to accessibility, and care for the environment.
