This year's criteria:
This award is open to all permanent Norfolk visitor attractions with annual visitor numbers in excess of 60,000.
The judges will be looking for attractions that are able to demonstrate:
- A warm, friendly, welcoming experience for the visitor
- A range of activities developed to create repeat visits
- Ease of access and good signage to ensure visitor management
- Cleanliness, well maintained
- Inclusiveness. e.g. provision for disabled in terms of accessibility and information
- Evidence of developing green business practices and of supporting the local community
- Standard of promotional material; How the attraction is marketed
- Quality assurance schemes/evidence of good practice (e.g. VAQAS accreditation)

This award is open to all permanent Norfolk visitor attractions with annual visitor numbers below 60,000.
The judges will be looking for attractions that are able to demonstrate:
- A warm, friendly, welcoming experience for the visitor
- A range of events and activities, relevant to it's type and size
- Ease of access; Cleanliness; Well maintained
- Inclusiveness. e.g. provision for disabled in terms of accessibility and information
- Evidence of working in partnership; Evidence of developing green business practices and of supporting the local community
- Quality of visitor information to interpret the product(s) - exhibits
- Quality assurance schemes/evidence of good practice (e.g. VAQAS accreditation)
