Byfords Posh B&B - Iain Wilson, Owner
This year's criteria:
Judges will be making their decisions based upon operators being able to demonstrate accommodation is of the highest level of quality and where owners exhibit a commitment to maintaining quality through on-going investment.
Commitment to customer care should be paramount with judges particularly looking for clear evidence that service standards are of the highest quality. Consideration will also be given to any innovative or distinctive aspects that make the business, and the experience for the guest, particularly memorable.
The standard of breakfast produced and use of fresh, seasonal and local ingredients will also be considered important.
Establishments should be able to show a commitment towards catering for guests with disabilities and an awareness of the effect of their business on the wider environment.
