This year's criteria:
This award is open to businesses that offer a holiday experience on the Norfolk Broads either beside the river/ water's edge or afloat. Judges will place a strong emphasis on the overall standard and comfort of the facilities provided and importantly, the level of cleanliness. Entrants will be required to demonstrate that they offer a warm welcome to guests, that all relevant information regarding the holiday experience and the area is given on arrival and that responsible tourism has been considered.
The sponsors intention is to help promote the Norfolk Broads as a holiday destination and to encourage businesses to play their role in enhancing the quality of Broads Tourism.

Waveney River Centre is the Norfolk Broads' premiere 4-Star Holiday Park and Marina. Situated on the banks of the River Waveney in the southern reaches of the Norfolk Broads National Park, this is a perfect waterside retreat with a wide range of facilities available on site and an ideal location from which to explore this peaceful part of the Norfolk Broads by boat, on foot or by car.
