Anne is in her 60s, and in retirement leads an
active life. She enjoys ballet classes, and has attended other classes
including yoga, Pilates, yogalates, Fitness for the Over-50’s
and country dancing. A National Health dietician and Slimming World
have helped her along the way and she hopes hearing of her activities
could help those who need to diet or take more exercise, or who
need more confidence in later life.
Hello everybody, my name's
Rosie, and I'm your average fifteen-year-old.Well, when I say 'average',
I mean witty, articulate, and obsessed with everything '80s (music
wise). A few other things I like are Virginia Woolf books, Oscar
Wilde, Agatha Christie, and generally just the 1920s. So, maybe
I'm not quite a typical youth of today. But I aim to bridge the
gap at the very least.

do, then

dancing really badly
and
Finnish
heavy metal bands.
When my husband and I left Norfolk for a new life in southern Spain, we knew it would not be plain sailing. A smashed car, personal injuries, severe food poisoning and altitude problems later - how right we were.

Freelance writer and former adman, Huw Sayer, takes a look at the world of politics, business and communications – with some passing thoughts on parenthood, schooling and teaching children to read.
Julian Radbourne is Cromer's leading (and probably only) professional wrestling
and mixed martial arts writer, who's read all over the world. Hardly anyone
in his area knows what he writes about. Which is why he's here.

Got something to say? Why not be a blogger on EDP24?
You can have your own blog -
a web diary to talk to the world.
You could be a worker, a busy mum, a student, farmer
or pensioner. What is happening in your life? How do you cope with
its stresses and the pleasures? You could be a Norfolk ex-pat wanting
to describe your new life overseas - it's up to you.
Bloggers should be prepared to update regularly -
several times a week - but you need only add a paragraph or two
if you are short of time.
