This award will be presented to the restaurant, pub or cafe that has produced the best Norfolk menu, using local produce and providing details such as provenance and food miles. We are looking for a menu that promotes our distinctive fresh, seasonal ingredients and encourages a better understanding and appreciation of their importance to the local economy and environment.

Its catering and hospitality division provides a range of food services on behalf of numerous clients who require tailor-made, quality conscious but price sensitive catering operations; and NORSE prides itself on procuring much of its produce, goods and services from local sources.
