Welcome to the 2009 EDP Norfolk Food Awards, which are celebrating their eighth year with the introduction of an exciting new category and the launch of the EDP Bidwells Norfolk Food Festival.
It all starts with your nominations, so we would like to invite you to put forward the people and places you think deserve special recognition, from butchers and bakers to best farm shop and chef of the future.

This award will be presented to the restaurant, pub or cafe that has produced the best Norfolk menu, using local produce and providing details such as provenance and food miles. We are looking for a menu that promotes our distinctive fresh, seasonal ingredients and encourages a better understanding and appreciation of their importance to the local economy and environment.
