    This award is aimed at local companies and businesses within Norfolk regardless of its number of sites, departments or employees who have done the most in terms of encouraging, engaging, developing and rewarding their staff. The Judges will be looking for a local company or business from either private or public sector industries which has shown outstanding commitment to its employees and whose people practices distinguish them as outstanding places to work.

    This Award is looking for a recruitment advertisement, a series of recruitment advertisements or a recruitment campaign which appeared in Archant Norfolk Publications over the last 12 months which made the most effective use of Archant Norfolk Media. The Judges are looking for an advert which has great visual impact on the reader and is innovative. Ultimately the Judges will be asking for evidence of the number of suitable hits/applications, range of diverse candidates, return on investment of advertising and measures of success for the campaign/advertisement. In addition, Judges will be looking for the advertisement to meet all necessary legal standards, including being non-descrimatory.

The Judges will be viewing your website as part of the judging process and will be looking for a clear format, user friendly entry, ease of navigation and whether it is accessible to all.

This award is open to everyone in the workplace, regardless of their position, seniority or industry.

    This award is aimed at all new businesses who have been trading for no longer than 12 months in Norfolk, or established businesses who have diversified or significantly changed in the last 12 months, regardless of their industry sector or number of employees. The Judges will be looking for a local company which has demonstrated its ability to grow its client base and turnover whilst maintaining or expanding its market.
