Criteria
This Award is aimed at a new employee that has joined your Company within the last 12 months. The Judges are looking for an individual who has shown true promise, performing and progressing over and above expectations. This person will have demonstrated that they have impacted positively on the workplace and their colleagues.

Best Manager

Criteria
This award is aimed at anyone who manages a team. The Judges will be looking for a manager or leader who provides direction and purpose, who motivates others to achieve a high level of success and takes ownership for the team's and business performance. This person must have credibility within their business, must act as a role model to their peers and their team and must regularly demonstrate the ability to create a vision and inspire others to realise it.

Best Private or Public Sector Employer (over & under 100 employees)

Criteria
This award is aimed at local companies and businesses within Norfolk regardless of its number of sites, departments or employees who have done the most in terms of encouraging, engaging, developing and rewarding their staff. The Judges will be looking for a local company or business from either private or public sector industries which has shown outstanding commitment to its employees and whose people practices distinguish them as outstanding places to work.

Best Recruitment Advertising

Criteria
This Award is looking for a recruitment advertisement, a series of recruitment advertisements or a recruitment campaign which appeared in Archant Norfolk Publications over the last 12 months which made the most effective use of Archant Norfolk Media. The Judges are looking for an advert which has great visual impact on the reader and is innovative. Ultimately the Judges will be asking for evidence of the number of suitable hits/applications, range of diverse candidates, return on investment of advertising and measures of success for the campaign/advertisement. In addition, Judges will be looking for the advertisement to meet all necessary legal standards, including being non-descrimatory.

Best Recruitment Consultant

Criteria
This Award is aimed at a Recruitment Consultant who can demonstrate a cutting edge image together with in-depth industry knowledge. The Judges are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who consistently performs above Consultant peers, shows good client and temp retention and growth and has proven to be an asset to the recruitment industry in general.

Best Recruitment Website

Criteria
This award is aimed at recruitment and employment organisations who can demonstrate an innovative website with a true cutting edge for both the business and potential candidates. The Judges are looking for an employer that has made use of techniques or a technological process to improve their recruitment service. The Judges will be viewing your website as part of the judging process and will be looking for a clear format, user friendly entry, ease of navigation and whether it is accessible to all.

Best Support Services

Criteria
This award is aimed at those people within your Company who act above and beyond the call of duty, without seeking recognition or acknowledgement. They could be your HR, Admin, Finance or other supporting team or just one individual from any supporting role in your business. The Judges will be looking for a person or team who makes that special difference to the working lives of those around them because of what they do, how they do it and who they are. This award is open to everyone in the workplace, regardless of their position, seniority or industry.

Best Team

Criteria
This Award is aimed at teams which are both cohesive and successful. The Judges are looking for a team that is consistent in achieving its goals and continually striving to take their business forward. A team that demonstrates its strength by working together through either good or bad times. The size of the team is not important but how they work together and integrate is.

Most Successful New Business or New Business Venture

Criteria
This award is aimed at all new businesses who have been trading for no longer than 12 months in Norfolk, or established businesses who have diversified or significantly changed in the last 12 months, regardless of their industry sector or number of employees. The Judges will be looking for a local company which has demonstrated its ability to grow its client base and turnover whilst maintaining or expanding its market.
