Here are the latest job moves and promotions from across the region.

Architectural practice Chaplin Farrant has made four promotions in its team of directors.

Martin Lewis and Gitte Kjeldsen Highland have been appointed to the board of directors, while Wai Man Cheung and Jerene Irwin have been promoted to associate directors.

All are long-standing employees at the firm, which is headquartered in Norwich.

Three new appointments have been announced at Nurture Financial Planning in Norwich.

Danny Garrard, a former stockbroker, is the firm's new business development manager, former RAF technician Helen Durrant joins as a paraplanner, and Andrew Clare joins as a financial advisor.

Meanwhile Jack Guyton and Mo Rasul have been appointed as administrators.

Bungay law firm Sprake & Kingsley has made a new addition to its elderly law team.

Jennifer George is a chartered legal executive, and a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

She said: 'I am delighted to be joining such a well-established firm to expand my focus on elderly client law.'

An experienced legal professional has been named practice manger for law firm Rogers & Norton's Norfolk offices.

Aidan Tidnam, who has worked in business and client services previously, will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service delivery at the two offices.

Managing Director Richard Etheridge said Mr Tidnam had 'a wealth of experience'.

Ipswich and Chelmsford based law firm Prettys has hired three new staff to aid its service expansion.

Joining the Ipswich office are Claire Barritt, an associate in the real estate team, and Michael Freebury, who joins the growing personal injury team.

Laura Pharez-Zea has been appointed to the employment law team in Chelmsford.
