Four businesses have been part of a major project to replace a minibus fleet at a Norfolk school.
Langley School in Loddon, near Norwich, has taken delivery of 22 Ford Transit 17 seat vehicles from Busseys Vehicle Leasing after governors decided they wanted to support a local supplier. Norwich-based graphic designers Solid Block also produced the artwork, based on pictures of school scenes taken by photographer Paul Harrison, with the images ‘wrapped’ on to the minibuses by another city-based business, OTW.
Paul Bussey, marketing director of Busseys, said: “I think the overall effect has surpassed all our expectations. Both the supply and wrapping of the vehicles involved very tight timescales in order to have everything ready, but thanks to a fantastic effort by all involved, at the school, our team at Bussey Vehicle Leasing and OTW, everything has been completed to a very high standard, bang on time. There is going be a large number of pupils travelling around the region in some style from now on.” Headmaster Dominic Findlay said: “I am delighted that we were able to engage with other local businesses to produce the fleet – our thanks go to Paul Bussey and the other companies on delivering such a quality product. I hope the impact is as strong when they are on the road as it is with them all here together. ”
