Too right They are a joke hanging on the coat tails of the companies and organisations that are the actual movers in the energy sector. I had to laugh yesterday when a meeting of a few boat owners and wind farm companies was described as the biggest ever energy sector meeting in the area-you have probably seen bigger meetings than that in a bar. Still, means a bit more work nearer home for some people and companies like Gardlline.
