Market Gates half empty, Market Place half empty, Town centre manager half empty headed. Out of town looking ok--what's his lame excuse this time. What about the empty Vergo shop, Dororthy Perkins shop that he said would be occupied soon--who by, a 2 month short lease Xmas crud shop no doubt.
