A digital communications agency will be among a collection of businesses giving students insight into how to make a career with written language.

PR experts from Shorthose Russell, based on the Meridian Business Park in Norwich, will be attending the University of East Anglia’s Working with Words masterclass on March 3.

The event consists of UEA alumni who are working in creative industries giving career focused talks and workshops.

PR account manager Sophie Polak and PR account executive Daniella Carter will be hosting a session focusing on what makes a good news story.

The pair will give an insight into life as a PR and communications professional, give advice on securing work experience and explain how they embarked on their own careers after graduating.
