Porvair expects profits and revenues to be ahead of target

King’s Lynn-based filtration specialists Porvair has announced plans for a new £3.5m base at its Hampshire operation.

Porvair has secured a premises in New Milton as it looks to consolidate its industrial process business on to one site.

Meanwhile, the group yesterday issued a trading update stating that it had a strong start to the year.

It said it expects to report revenues around 33pc ahead of the first six months of 2013 or which 25pc is attributed to specific, previously identified large contracts.

Underlying revenues are expected to be 8pc ahead.
