Norwich trainee tops the table in accountancy exams

Accountancy trainee Georgina Lemmon has claimed the top prize for her Corporate Reporting Association of Chartered Certified Accountants exam.

Ms Lemmon, who works at M+A Partners in Norwich had been studying for the qualification since September 2014. She topped more than 16,700 trainees worldwide to take the top prize.

Ms Lemmon said: “It is very motivational to face such a challenge and in turn be rewarded for all the hard work you put in. This achievement has made me feel very proud, as there are so many talented minds around the world taking the ACCA journey.”

Ms Lemmon will receive a cash prize from the ACCA and M+A Partners has matched this prize.
