Norfolk’s growing status as a hub for start-up businesses gained further traction when it played host to a new technology conference.
Nordevcon welcomed IT developers both locally, and across the country, to hear more than 20 speakers give an insight into topics ranging from the development of mobile apps forsmartphones, to designing programmes for cloud computing.
Organised by Norwich-based software company Naked Element and held on Friday March 28, the event was held at the King’s Centre in Norwich and featured key-note speakers Jason Gorman, who discussed software apprentices, and authors of Growing Object Oriented Software Nat Pryce and Steve Freeman.
Question marks surround the fate of several development projects in and around King’s Lynn after the developers behind the project went into administration.
