Norwich-based digital marketing agency Further has won national plaudits within the industry after winning two awards.

The team walked away wih the prized ‘Digital Strategy’ and ‘Content Strategy’ awards at the 2014 RAR UK Digital Awards in London.

The RAR (Recommended Agencies Register) Awards are unique in that all agencies are benchmarked according to the ratings of its clients who are contacted and asked to rate their agencies across a number of criteria. The RAR has over 6,000 agencies on its register.

Client services director, Lou Mann said: “We were ranked in the top 10 for six categories – which is a shock in itself considering the competition we were up against - but to walk away with these two honours for ‘strategy’ was a terrific result and testament to the team’s expertise and hard work throughout the past year, a year which has seen so much change in our industry.”

Content Director Paul Hill added: “Successful content marketing is about aligning creativity with a clear and considered campaign strategy. We’re helping brands understand how to draw audience and channel insights from data and marry technical expertise with creativity to deliver commercial results. We’re telling brand stories in a way that’s geared to reaching the right people on the right channels with messages they’ll want to share.

“It’s hugely satisfying to be recognised as one of the UK’s leading agencies in this field - and a well-deserved accolade for Further’s team.”

Further was formed in May 2006 and has its main base in Norwich with a client meeting office in London. Clients include AVG, BEKO, British Film Institute, Economy Car Hire, British Safety Council, Aetna International, Original Volunteers, Direct Ferries, Flux Group, Harrod UK and Anglian Water.
