Cambridgeshire e-learning company MotivatEd has announced two new appointments to its management team.
Former Sky Sports Online managing editor Tony Goodson has joined the Comberton firm as commercial director. And award-winning author Tim Knight is the new managing editor.
MotivatEd links online sports-themed gaming for children with the National Curriculum.
“The youth online market is a rapidly expanding growth area,” said Mr Goodson. “It represents a wonderful opportunity for football clubs and other sports organisations to harness the tremendous interest young people have in sport.”
Meanwhile, an increasing number of major UK football clubs are signing agreements to feature bespoke branded versions of MotivatEd’s Footee.com product on their club websites.
As a teenager Matthew Newbury had high hopes of working behind the scenes in the theatre.
