Norwich-based telecoms company, Comms Supply, an EDP Future50 business, is celebrating a year in business with a move into significantly bigger offices at Meridian Business Park. The new base is five times larger than its previous offices and comes as monthly turnover for January is expected to hit £70,000.

Karl Alderton, managing director, said: “Comms Supply is growing at a really quick rate, but in line with our expectations. We are currently a team of five, but this new office space means we can accommodate up to 28 people. Our two-year target is to reach a turnover of £2.5m, and we’ll need a staff team of about 20 in order to achieve this.”

Comms Supply provides a wide range of business telecoms services: from comprehensive phone, mobile and broadband packages to simple line rental; with an aim of delivering innovative and flexible communications solutions to help businesses.

Mr Alderton added: “Crucial to our successful business growth and sustainability is a tenacious, committed and focused staff team. All members of our staff team, including the admin people here, are part of a profit share scheme. This really does foster a sense of us all being on the same side and ‘in this together’: if the company does well, we all do well.

“We’re all really excited about the new office and are looking forward to welcoming clients in. It’s big enough for us to be able to have a demo area too, so people can get hands on and have a play with products that they’re interested in.”
