Ring Associates, in the Tuesday Market Place, was set up in 2002 by director Simon Ring.

Mr Ring said the business was built on the premise of helping everyone despite their financial background.

“It is more than ticking a box, it is about finding about where the client has been and where they are going,” he said.

With more than 6,000 clients, Ring Associates have dealt with 1,000 mortgages and £100m in lending.

In 2015, the business invested £1.1m in refurbishing their new office and have plans to purchase a second office in King’s Lynn.

Since 2014 their business team has doubled from 21 to 43 and turnover for the same period increased from £915,000 to £1.9m.

They hope to increase leads into the business by 50pc by 2022 and project a turnover of £4.7m in the same year.
