A firm of East Anglian insolvency specialists is helping companies diagnose problems earlier after launching one of the UK's most comprehensive business health checks.
The online tool from McTear Williams & Wood helps directors to assess whether their company is insolvent and access recommendations, and can also be used by accountants and other professionals to help advise clients.
It is free and can be used confidentially, and the firm – which has offices in Norwich and Ipswich – will offer a free initial consultation to any companies which use the service.
Partner Andrew McTear said: 'It is principally aimed at directors of struggling companies if they are coming under pressure from creditors and encountering difficulties keeping the business going.
'We think it is market-leading in the UK currently.'
