Jobseekers in the Great Yarmouth borough are invited to a Jobs Fayre at the Town Hall on Tuesday, January 23, from 10am to 2pm.

Great Yarmouth Jobcentre Plus, in partnership with the Norfolk Community College project, will be holding the recruitment event in the Assembly Room.

More than 40 employers with more than 1,000 jobs on offer will be at the event in the hope of finding people ready to take up employment opportunities with them.

The Norfolk Community College Project is a European Social Fund and Big Lottery Fund project helping unemployed adults in Norfolk back into training and employment.

Offering advice on apprenticeships, training, volunteering, and starting a business, a college team will be available to help people on the day. In addition, they can advise people about training and qualifications available to them and the support the project can offer to help people move into employment.
