This picture reveals the true scale of Scylla, a new $250m vessel for the offshore wind industry, and the biggest of her kind.

The Seajacks vessel is shown raised up above the Great Yarmouth skyline this morning, jacked-up on her four legs - like she will be installing wind turbines out at sea.

With a deck the size of a football pitch, she dwarfed the other vessels in her fleet when she sailed into Great Yarmouth harbour two weeks ago.

Built by Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea, the jack-up vessel's job will be to install the next generation of wind turbines far out in the North Sea.

Her first mission is to install huge monopiles at Veja Mate, off the coast of Germany.
