The store between Cromer Road and Reepham Road is part of a £3.7m investment to refurbish its conservatory showrooms.

The company’s new flagship showroom in Norwich was officially opened by England 1966 World Cup legend Martin Peters MBE and former Norwich City striker Dean Ashton.

The 4,000sq ft showroom will be open seven days a week, with products from conservatories, windows, doors and roof trim as well as its solar energy system.

The last financial year proved to be challenging for the company with turnover falling from £210.1m to £203.4m, while pre-tax profits for the group fell from £14.5m to £6.1m, but orders rose in the first part of 2012.
