Anglia Farmers has unveiled a dedicated pension service to help members of the purchasing group prepare for auto-enrolment.
The Honingham-based group has launched the AF Pensions Service to make it simple for employers to access pension services for their employees and keep members on top of the latest pension legislation,
Clarke Willis, chief executive of the EDP Top100 business, said: “The government’s auto-enrolment legislation will affect the majority of our members and we are keen to make the process as straightforward as possible. Advice and business support are key to the service which we offer to our members and we’re delighted to be able to add the AF Pensions Service to our portfolio.
“We know that early planning is critical to make sure that a scheme is set up and all of the required systems and paperwork are in place by the relevant staging dates, so we are working closely with our members to support them to make sure that they are aware of the legal requirements and that they are prepared.”
The service extends AF’s business support offering, which includes payroll and HR services, business and personal insurance and the AF Health Trust, which provides comprehensive health insurance for members, their families and employees.
A series of HR and pension seminars will be held across the country this year to help members get ready for auto-enrolment and find out more about their responsibilities as employers.
The AF Pensions Service is provided by Alan Boswell Chartered Financial Planners.
