Where are offshore windfarms and where will they be?

Offshore windfarm developments, round one developments.

In Round One of offshore wind farms proposals, twelve developments have gained the consents necessary to start construction and two have since been built. One of these was in north Wales in North Hoyle and the other in Scroby Sands, Norfolk, off the coast of Great Yarmouth.

A site off Cromer is also being developed.

Plans for further offshore wind farm developments have been accepted in Round Two.
